Test Case Functions Overview

This page provides an overview of various test case functions available within the Testing Engine Orchestrator (TEO) Web UI. The functions are categorized into different groups based on their functionality.

Call Group

This group includes functions related to call management. Here are the available functions:

• Make Call Initiate a call.
• Answer Call Answer an incoming call.
• Call Disconnect Disconnect an ongoing call.
• Merge Calls Merge multiple calls into a conference call.
• Call Forwarding Forward an incoming call to another number.
• Reject Call Reject an incoming call.
• Call Hold Place a call on hold.
• Swap Call Swap the active call with a held call.
• Is Ringing Check whether the phone is ringing without answering the call.
• Is Call Connected Verify whether a call has been successfully connected on the device.
• Supplementary Services Configure and test supplementary services like call forwarding, call waiting, and caller ID presentation.

Messaging Group

This group includes functions related to SMS and MMS messaging:

• SMS Send Send an SMS message.
• SMS Receive Receive an SMS message.
• MMS Send Send an MMS message.
• MMS Receive Receive an MMS message.
• Configure SMSC Configure SMS service center number (MCM only).

Data Group

This group includes functions related to data operations:

• Check Url Check the availability of a URL.
• Speed Test Perform a speed test to measure data transfer rates.
• Ping Ping a host to verify network reachability.
• Display APN Config Display current APN configuration (MCM only).
• Change APN Config Change APN settings (name, protocol, username, password) (MCM only).

Audio Group

This group includes functions related to audio operations:

• Start Audio Recording Start audio recording via MCM (MCM only).
• Stop Audio Recording Stop ongoing audio recording (MCM only).
• Start Audio Play Play audio file via MCM (MCM only).
• Stop Audio Play Stop playing audio file (MCM only).

Radio Group

This group includes functions related to radio and network settings:

• Set Ran Set the Radio Access Network (RAN) type.
• Is Attached Check if the device is attached to the network.
• Airplane Toggle airplane mode.
• Check Network Check the network status.
• Switch Network Switch between different network types.
• Select Apn Select a specific APN from the list configured on the device/SIM.
• Set Apn Add a new APN to the device, specified by DATA_APN_NAME.
• Reset Apn Reset the device's APN configuration back to default.

Others Group

This group includes miscellaneous functions that do not fit into other categories:

• Wait Introduce a delay in the test case.
• Reboot Reboot the device.
• Comment Add a comment to the test case.
• Take Screenshot Take a screenshot of the current screen.
• Api Call Make an API call.

Miscellaneous Group

This group includes various other functions:

• Wifi Manage Wi-Fi settings.
• Data Roaming Toggle data roaming settings.
• Show Caller Id Show or hide the caller ID.
• Mobile Data Toggle mobile data settings.
• Check Ip Verify that the device has obtained an IP address after APN/network configuration.

SIM Group

This group includes functions related to SIM card management:

• Add Temp E-Sim Add a temporary eSIM.
• Delete Temp E-Sim Delete a temporary eSIM.
