Troubleshooting Test Suite Startup

In case you recognize that starting a Test Suite is not working, please try the following:

  • Check internet connectivity: Ensure that your device is connected to the internet.

  • Check that phones are powered ON and in state "Available": Make sure that all devices required for the test are turned on and properly connected.

  • Restart TEO: Please close all the terminal windows and run the appropriate start command from the installation path. On macMini, use start-client.command, while on miniPC, use start-agent.sh. Depending on which hardware your agent is running, the procedure may differ.

  • Repeat Test Suite execution: Try running the Test Suite again to see if the issue persists.

  • Contact Quadified support team: If the problem continues, reach out to the Quadified support team at support@quadified.com and share access details to the HW so that our team can quickly check logs and provide a fix.
