Erase All CF Settings

To reset all Call Forwarding (CF) settings on a device:

Option 1: Using USSD Code

Run the following code in the Phone app dialer:

##002#

This command attempts to disable all types of call forwarding: - Always forward - Forward when busy - Forward when unanswered - Forward when unreachable

Option 2: Manual Reset on Pixel Devices

If the USSD code does not work on Google Pixel devices, follow these steps to manually disable call forwarding:

Steps:

  1. Open the Phone app.
  2. Tap the three-dot menu (⋮) in the top-right corner.
  3. Select Settings.
  4. Tap Calling accounts.
  5. Choose your active SIM.
  6. Tap Call forwarding.
  7. You will see the following options: - Always forward - When busy - When unanswered - When unreachable
  8. Tap each one and select Disable or Turn off.

⚠️ Ensure that all four call forwarding types are disabled for complete CF removal.

Note

If you are manually controlling the phone for testing purposes, please ensure that all CF settings are returned to default once testing is complete.
