Phone Settings¶

For best performance, use the currently recommended device families and OS versions below. Android 12 and older Android versions are not part of the recommended setup for new device onboarding.

Samsung: Android 13, 14, 15, 16
iPhone: X/XR/11/12/13 with iOS 17/18/26
Google Pixel: Android 13, 14, 16
Xiaomi: Android 13, 14, 15

Preparing a phone for Android and iOS is explained below:

Phone Preparation: Start here when connecting a phone to a Test Node for the first time. It covers the USB cable, trust prompts, Developer Options or Developer Mode, Mobile ID discovery, and the Prepare action.
