Phone Settings

This section walks you through getting a new phone ready for automation in TEO, from first connection to the per‑device settings.

How to use this section

Follow these steps in order:

  1. Pick a supported device from the recommended models below.
  2. Automatic Device Discovery — connect the phone so TEO detects it and it appears as a Mobile ID.
  3. Phone Preparation — run Prepare to apply the required settings automatically after you enable Developer Options.
  4. Apply the per‑device settings for your phone, in order: Android (Samsung · Xiaomi · Pixel) or iOS. Each brand's steps are numbered 1→N in the sidebar.

For best performance, currently the following models are advised to be used:

  • Samsung (tested by Quadified): S21/S10/A32/A52/A6/A10 with Android 13/14/15/16
  • iPhone: X/XR/11/12/13 with iOS 17/18/26
  • Google Pixel with Android 16
  • Xiaomi Redmi Note 11, 12T_PRO with Android 13/14/15
