Erase All CF Settings

To reset all Call Forwarding (CF) settings on a device:

Option 1: Using USSD Code

Run the following code in the Phone app dialer:

##002#

This disables all call forwarding types (unconditional, busy, unreachable, unanswered).

Option 2: Manual Reset on Xiaomi Devices

If the USSD code does not work on Xiaomi devices, follow these steps to manually disable call forwarding:

Steps:

  1. Open the Phone app.
  2. Tap the three-dot menu (⋮) in the top-right corner.
  3. Select Call settings.
  4. Tap Calling accounts.
  5. Choose your SIM card (if dual SIM is active).
  6. Tap Call forwarding settings.
  7. You will see the following options: - Always forward - Forward when busy - Forward when unanswered - Forward when unreachable
  8. Tap each option and select Disable or Turn off.

⚠️ Make sure to disable all four options to fully remove call forwarding configurations.

Note

If you are manually controlling the phone for testing purposes, ensure that all CF settings are restored to default after testing is complete.
