Disable Call Forwarding Settings
To reset all Call Forwarding (CF) settings on a device:
Option 1: Using USSD Cod¶
Run the following code from the Phone app:
This command disables all types of call forwarding (unconditional, busy, unreachable, unanswered).
Option 2: Manual Reset on Samsung Devices¶
If the USSD code does not work, follow these steps to manually disable all CF settings on Samsung devices:
Steps:¶
- Open the Phone app.
- Tap the ⋮ three-dot menu in the top-right corner.
- Go to Settings.
- Tap Supplementary services, or navigate to:
Settings > Calling accounts > [Your SIM] > Additional settings - Select Call forwarding.
- Disable each of the following options manually: - Always forward - Forward when busy - Forward when unanswered - Forward when unreachable
⚠️ Make sure to disable all four options to completely remove CF.
Note¶
If you are manually controlling the phone for testing purposes, please make sure to revert all CF settings back to default once testing is complete.
